The Monte restaurant will open exclusively for guests of this very special dinner, where the inspiring Monte team will host Umbrian creative chef Giulio Gigli. Did you know that Chef Gigli has worked in some of the world’s best restaurants, including Denmark’s Noma? His career has been particularly shaped by his time at Disfrutar, the world’s best restaurant, and before that at the avant-garde El Bulli under the legendary Ferran Adrià. Today, he creates innovative dishes at his own restaurant, UNE, where every dish is rooted in the gastronomic heritage of Umbria. We are certain that the five-course menu, crafted by the Monte team and Chef Gigli, will be an unforgettable experience.

McMahon, owner of Aniar, Cava Bodega, and Tartare, as well as the founder of the popular Food on the Edge festival, which has hosted many of the world’s top chefs. Both are passionate nature enthusiasts with an unwavering commitment to achieving perfect flavors, ensuring a dining experience that will exceed your expectations.
