This year, Rovinj will host some of the most influential chefs and visionaries of the gastronomic scene, including the legendary Marco Pierre White, a culinary revolutionary who redefined fine dining, as well as many other interesting speakers.

World-renowned bartender Luca Cinalli, Mirco Giumelli from the Grace St. Moritz hotel, and Ted Lelakas, Moët Hennessy ambassador, are just some of the experts who will share their knowledge with you. On the showcooking stage, the audience will be able to watch live demonstrations of how professionals do it, as well as taste some of the specialties.

Top culinary dinners await you in Rovinj! At Tekka by Lone, chefs Igor Jagodić and Saša Pribičević will be cooking, at Cap Aureo Signature Restaurant, chefs Jeffrey Vella and J.P. McMahon, while at Agli Amici Rovinj, Matteo Metullio will be arriving. At the Monte restaurant, Giulio Gigli, the chef behind the UNE restaurant, will be a guest.
